What you consent to

• Processing of your health data by SetteTech — the treatment request, the medical questionnaire, your medical history, medication and allergies, and the documents and photographs you upload — to assess your request, prepare offers and coordinate the treatment you select.
• Sharing of that information with the clinics, hospitals and doctors preparing offers for your case, and with the one you select, in the scope they need to assess and treat you.
• Transfer of that information abroad: it is stored on servers in Germany (Contabo) and travels through the network of Cloudflare, whose servers are worldwide, including the United States.

What it does not cover

This consent does not cover marketing, profiling, selling your data or passing your request to anyone as a sales lead. Commercial messages and the campaign-source cookie are separate choices you make elsewhere, and refusing them changes nothing here.

Your consent is free

Giving this consent is your own decision. Without it, however, the platform cannot assess a treatment request or prepare offers, because the request itself is health information.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal stops processing from that moment on; it does not make earlier processing unlawful. Requests in progress cannot continue, and records the law obliges the operator to keep are kept for the legal period.

Record of your consent

The platform records the version of this text you accepted, with the date, time and language of your decision, so it can show what you agreed to. The KVKK information notice and the privacy policy describe the processing in full.
