What Klinikbook is

Klinikbook is software you subscribe to. A clinic, a practice, a hospital or an agency opens its own workspace and runs its patient journey there: it captures enquiries and answers them, collects intake information, writes quotes, tracks deposits and payments, organises appointments or trips, and follows up after the treatment.

Patients see all of it under the customer's brand, in their own language. Klinikbook stays in the background: it is the tool the customer works with, not a party between the customer and its patients.

Who it is for

Clinics and hospital international-patient units that treat patients from abroad, licensed health-tourism agencies and patient coordinators who work with partner clinics, local clinics and private practices, and multi-branch hospital groups.

When a workspace is created it states what kind of business it is and its speciality, and Klinikbook prepares the starting set-up for that combination: pipeline stages, services, intake questionnaires, quote templates and patient notices.

What Klinikbook does not do

These limits are rules of the product, not small print.

• It does not list, rank, review or recommend providers, never sends a patient to a provider and never passes one patient's enquiry to several customers.
• It takes no commission and no fee per patient, enquiry or booking: customers pay a subscription.
• It never collects, holds or forwards money between patients and customers.
• It does not sell flights, hotels, transfers or packages.
• It keeps no clinical records, gives no medical advice and offers no video consultations.
• It does not use customer data for its own purposes, not even anonymised.
