Commercial electronic message consent
This text describes the consent you give when you tick the box asking for news about Klinikbook. The box is optional and starts unticked; using Klinikbook does not depend on it.
What you agree to
By giving this consent you agree that SETTE TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS YAZILIM SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("SetteTech") may send you, at the e-mail address and telephone number you gave, commercial electronic messages about Klinikbook: product news, new functions, offers, events and surveys.
What this consent does not cover
Messages that are part of the service - sign-in and security messages, invoices and reminders, notices about your workspace and changes to the agreements - are sent without this consent.
Withdrawing
You can withdraw at any time, free of charge: with the link at the end of every message, from your account settings, by writing to [email protected], or through the commercial electronic message management system (İYS) in Türkiye. We stop within three business days at the latest.
Your consent, and its withdrawal, are recorded with their date. The personal data concerned is processed as the privacy policy describes.
