Pricing, billing, cancellation and refund terms
These terms describe how a Klinikbook subscription is priced, invoiced and paid, and how it is changed or cancelled. The current prices are on the pricing page.
In short
- Start with a free trial with every feature, no card needed.
- One price per workspace; plans differ only by users, locations and storage.
- Pay by bank transfer or by card. Cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- A period that has started is not refunded, except in the cases listed below.
Trial
A new workspace starts with a free trial, for the period shown when it is created, with every feature and without payment details. One trial per person: a further workspace of the same owner starts without one and is read-only until a plan is chosen. If no plan is chosen by the end of the trial, the workspace becomes read-only - every record stays visible and exportable - and its data is deleted after 90 days, after reminders by e-mail.
Plans and prices
The price is per workspace and covers every feature; plans differ only by the number of users, locations and storage they allow. Prices are published on the pricing page and in the app, in Turkish lira for customers in Türkiye and, for others, in the currency they choose - euro, pound sterling or lira - without VAT. VAT and other taxes are added as the law requires.
Going beyond a plan's allowance never deletes or hides data: the action that would exceed it is refused with the offer of a bigger plan.
Billing periods and invoices
A plan is billed monthly or annually, as the Customer chooses; the annual price is shown on the pricing page. An invoice is issued at the start of each period and is due within the period it states. The invoice for tax purposes is issued under Turkish tax law once the payment is received and is available in the app. The Customer keeps its billing details accurate; invoices are issued to them.
Payment
By bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice, quoting the invoice's reference, or by card on PayTR's secure page. We never see card numbers. If the Customer chooses to keep a card for renewals, PayTR keeps it and renewals are charged to it; the Customer can remove it at any time.
If an invoice is not paid by its due date, we remind the Customer; after a further grace period the workspace becomes read-only until the payment arrives. Nothing is deleted because of a late payment, unless the subscription ends and no plan is chosen for 90 days.
Changing plans
A bigger plan applies at once, and only the difference for the rest of the current period is invoiced. A smaller plan or another billing period takes effect at the end of the current period.
Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically for the same plan and period. We remind the Customer before an annual renewal.
The owner can cancel at any time in the app. The subscription then runs to the end of the period already paid for and does not renew; after it ends, the workspace becomes read-only and its data is deleted after 90 days unless a plan is chosen again.
Refunds
Fees for a period that has started are not refunded, except:
In these cases we refund the unused part of the prepaid period, to the account or the card it was paid from.
- if we end the subscription without a serious breach by the Customer, or remove a function in a way that significantly reduces the service;
- if the Customer objects to a new sub-processor or to a change of the agreements and leaves before the change applies;
- if Klinikbook repeatedly fails its availability objective;
- for a payment made twice or by mistake;
- wherever the law requires a refund.
Price changes
We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance. A new price applies from the next billing period after it takes effect; a Customer that does not accept it can cancel before then.
Businesses only
Klinikbook is sold to businesses and professionals for their professional activity, so the consumer right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to it, except where a mandatory rule of the Customer's country provides otherwise.
