Sub-processors of workspace data

• Contabo (Contabo GmbH, Germany) - servers in Germany: hosting of the application, the databases, the files and the backups. Processes all workspace data.
• Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States; worldwide network) - domain names, encrypted connections and protection against attacks. Every connection to Klinikbook passes through its network; it processes connection data and the content passing through, and stores none of it.
• Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd.; servers in the European Union) - delivery of the e-mails Klinikbook sends on the workspace's behalf: the recipient's address and the content of the message.

For billing Klinikbook itself

• PayTR (PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş., Türkiye) - card payments for Klinikbook subscriptions, as a licensed payment institution. It processes the card and the billing details of the paying business under its own responsibility, and processes no workspace data.

Run by Klinikbook itself

The malware scanning of uploaded files, the queues, the caches, monitoring and backups run on Klinikbook's own servers at the hosting provider above; no other company takes part in them.

Changes

We announce a new or replacement sub-processor to workspace owners by e-mail at least 30 days before it starts processing workspace data, and update this list. A customer that objects on reasonable data-protection grounds can end its subscription before the change and is refunded the unused prepaid period.
