Fair terms
- No set-up fee.
- No commission and no share of your revenue: Klinikbook never handles your patients' money.
- Cancel in one click; the subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- A bigger plan applies at once, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period.
- Going beyond a plan's allowance never deletes or hides anything: you are offered a bigger plan.

Questions about pricing
- Is there a free plan?
- No. Every workspace starts with a 30-day trial with every feature and without a card, and then chooses a plan.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Without a plan the workspace becomes read-only: everything stays visible and can be exported, nothing new can be added. Choosing a plan opens it again at once. If no plan is chosen, the workspace's data is deleted 90 days after the trial ends, after reminders by e-mail.
- How are invoices paid?
- By bank transfer to Klinikbook's account shown on the invoice. Each invoice carries its own reference, and the invoice issued for tax purposes is available in the workspace once it is paid.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. A bigger plan applies at once and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period; a smaller plan or another billing period starts at the end of the current period. Cancelling takes one click: the subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace becomes read-only and its data is deleted 90 days later unless a plan is chosen again.
- What counts as a user?
- The members of your team and the invitations still open. The people of a partner you share trips with are partner guests and are not counted.
- Are the prices with VAT?
- Prices are VAT excluded. Customers in Türkiye pay 20% VAT on top; customers abroad are invoiced without VAT.
