Klinikbook v2: a patient-relations platform for clinics and health-tourism firms

What changed

• Contacts and cases: contact records, consent records, duplicate warnings, CSV import; a case board from pipeline templates, tasks and notes.
• Lead forms with source tracking; services and intake forms, and a clinician review queue.
• Quotes and payment plans: options, deposit and balance due dates; the patient accepts the quote on the portal. Money does not pass through Klinikbook; it goes to the clinic's own bank account.
• A patient portal: sign in with an e-mail code or a secure link, with no app to install.
• Team, roles, two-step sign-in and a workspace activity log; data is isolated between workspaces.
• The earlier intermediary model (marketplace, commission, patient payments) was removed.
