SolutionsFor aesthetic clinics

Sensitive photos, long follow-up, every consent on record

Klinikbook lets aesthetic surgery and medical aesthetics clinics run the whole journey from enquiry to a long follow-up: patients upload face or body photos from set angles, consultations and surgery go into the calendar, the recovery stay sits in the trip plan and follow-up runs for months.

  • Face and body photo guidance
  • Photo and marketing consent
  • Long follow-up plans

In aesthetics the journey is long and the photos sensitive

How it usually goes

  • Photos arrive from angles that are not enough to assess.
  • Patient photos sit on personal phones.
  • Consent for marketing use is never collected separately.
  • Check-ups months after surgery are forgotten.

With Klinikbook

  • The face form asks for five angles, the body form four.
  • Photos are stored privately and opened through expiring links.
  • Photo and marketing consent collected on the portal, with versions.
  • Aftercare runs check-ins for up to two years.

Medical intake

Photos good enough to assess, first time

The facial aesthetics form asks for front, both profiles and both three-quarter views. The body form asks for height and weight, whether weight has been stable for six months, and front, side and back photos.

  • Reviewed in the doctor's queue
  • Files virus-scanned
  • Explicit consent for health data

Medical intake and doctor review

Consent

Publish the compliance centre's photo and video consent and marketing consent templates with your clinic's details. The patient ticks each use they agree to, and every consent is kept with its version.

  • Photo and video consent per use
  • Marketing consent per channel
  • Withdrawn by the patient under My data

Privacy and compliance centre

Compliance center: the privacy notice and consent texts published in Turkish and English, data requests with their due dates, the retention policy and support access.

Long follow-up

Still there months after surgery

When the case is marked treated, aftercare starts. On check-in days the patient sends how they feel, questions and photos from the portal, and anyone asking for a call becomes a task for you.

  • Up to twelve check-ins over two years
  • Care instructions on the portal
  • Repeat bookings for medical aesthetics

Aftercare

Aftercare tab: Daniel Kowalski's hair transplant follow-up plan; the day-10 check-in answered “good” with a question, the day-30 and day-180 check-ins scheduled.

Frequently asked questions

Didn't find your answer?

Write to us

Who can see patient photos?

Only team members who can see the case; files are stored privately and opened through links valid for a few minutes. The reviewing doctor sees them in their queue even if the case is not theirs.

Can medical aesthetics patients book online?

Yes. Offer Botox, fillers and laser as appointment types on your booking page and remind patients by e-mail.

How long can follow-up run?

An aftercare plan can hold up to twelve check-ins over up to two years; you choose the days, messages and which check-ins ask for photos.

Does Klinikbook keep medical records?

No. It keeps no operation notes, diagnoses or prescriptions; the intake is what the patient tells you before an examination.
