Which do you need?
- If you must keep consultation notes, prescriptions and patient files, you need clinic records software; Klinikbook does not replace it.
- If you want every enquiry to have an owner, quotes and deposits not to get lost and an international patient's trip to be tracked, Klinikbook helps.
- Most clinics use both: the medical record stays in the clinic software, and winning and welcoming the patient runs in Klinikbook.
Frequently asked questions
Can I keep a patient's medical history in Klinikbook?
No. Klinikbook is not built to hold medical records. The answers to an intake form and the clinician's review outcome appear on the case; there are no consultation notes or prescriptions.
If I use both, does data flow between them?
Not automatically. You can import contacts from a CSV file and export case reports as CSV.
