A 30-day trial, plans and billing

What changed

• A 30-day trial with no card; the trial runs with the Pro limits.
• Monthly or yearly plans; upgrades take effect at once and are prorated, downgrades at the end of the period; cancel in one click.
• Bank transfer: a payment reference, a receipt and verification; the official invoice number is recorded.
• When the trial ends or a payment is overdue the workspace turns read-only, and opens again when a plan is chosen.
• E-mail warnings before data is deleted after a trial or cancellation.
