Choosing a plan and paying the first invoice
The owner and administrators use this screen. Prices and limits are on the Plans tab and the pricing page; every plan has every feature.
Open Plan & billing
In the sidebar's management section choose “Plan & billing”. On the “Subscription” tab you see where you stand, the trial days left and your usage (users, locations, storage).
Enter the billing details
On the “Billing details” tab enter the legal name, tax office, tax number (or national ID number), address and invoice e-mail. Invoices are made out to them, and you need them before choosing a plan.
Pick the plan
On the “Plans” tab choose the period (Monthly or Annual) and the currency, then press “Choose” under the plan. The annual period gives some months free. Customers in Türkiye pay in lira; those abroad in the currency they choose.
Confirm
The window shows when the plan starts and the invoice amount with VAT. During the trial the plan starts when the trial ends. Press “Choose the plan”; your invoice is ready.
Pay the invoice
Open the invoice on the “Invoices” tab. “Pay by bank transfer” shows Klinikbook's bank accounts and the reference to write in the description; after the transfer add the receipt with “Upload the receipt”. Card payment is offered when PayTR is set up: “Pay … by card” opens PayTR's secure page, and your card details never reach Klinikbook.
Download the tax invoice
Once the payment is verified, the tax invoice is issued and can be downloaded from the “Tax invoice” section of the invoice page.
Changing the plan, cancelling and late payment
- Switching to a dearer plan applies at once and the difference is invoiced pro rata. Switching to a cheaper plan or another period applies at the end of the current period and can be withdrawn.
- “Cancel the subscription” is one click: the subscription runs to the end of its period and does not renew. Before the period ends, “Keep the subscription” undoes it.
- At the period's end the renewal invoice is made out at the plan's list price of the day; annual renewals are announced beforehand. If you have a stored card, the renewal is charged to it.
- An invoice past its due day first marks the workspace with a warning banner; when the extra days also pass, the workspace becomes read-only. It opens again as soon as the invoice is paid.
- Plan & billing stays open even when the workspace is read-only; that is where you pay and choose a plan.
Frequently asked questions
Do I lose trial days if I choose a plan during the trial?
No. The plan starts the day the trial ends. If its period has not begun and nothing was paid, you can give the plan up and carry on with the trial; the invoice of a period that has begun stays due.
I cannot see the card option.
Card payment is offered only when Klinikbook's PayTR account is set up. If it is not shown, pay by bank transfer or write to [email protected].
I made the transfer. Why is the invoice still open?
Transfers are checked against the bank by hand. Uploading the receipt on the invoice page speeds it up; it shows as “Being checked” and the invoice is marked paid when matched. If it does not match, it is turned down with the reason.
