Can I customise Klinikbook to my way of working?

To a degree. You edit pipeline stages, case rules, assignment rules, services, forms and lists yourself. You cannot define your own object types.

Can I move the contacts from my current CRM?

Export the contacts as CSV and import them from the Contacts screen. Cases and past activity are not moved.
