From sign-up to your first screen
No card is asked for. The whole thing takes a few minutes.
Create your account
On the sign-in page choose “Start your 30-day free trial”. Enter your name, your work e-mail address and a password of at least 12 characters with a letter and a digit, accept the terms, then press “Create my account”.
Confirm your e-mail address
A confirmation link is sent to your address. If it does not arrive in a few minutes, check the spam folder, then use “Send a new link”. Opening the link also signs you in.
Start creating the workspace
On My workspaces choose “Create a workspace”. First write the “Workspace name”; your team and your patients see it, and it can be your clinic's name.
Choose what your organisation is
A clinic, a hospital, a private practice or a health-tourism agency. The type decides which ready-made settings you get. Country, city, language, time zone and currency are filled from your browser; use “Change” on the region line to correct them.
Tick your treatments (optional)
Your services and their intake forms are set up from what you pick under “Which treatments do you offer?”. You may pick none and change it later.
Accept the workspace agreements
The Subscription and Service Agreement and the Data Processing Agreement are accepted with one box, on behalf of your organisation, by the person creating the workspace. Then press “Create my workspace”.
Look at the quick start list
The overview shows an optional “Quick start” list: two-step sign-in, sharing the lead form, importing contacts, the booking page, inviting your team. None of it is required; “Not now” closes it.
What is set up for you?
As soon as the workspace exists, these are ready:
- Your services and intake forms, from the treatments you picked.
- A lead form for your website, in Turkish and English, with its hosted page.
- Your privacy and consent texts, already published.
- Your patient pipelines and case settings.
- Your calendar: one location, one practitioner and a 30-minute consultation. Health-tourism agencies do not get a calendar.
- A 30-day free trial. Every feature is open during the trial, with the limits of the Pro plan.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change my choices later?
Yes. Change the workspace name and region values under Settings → General, and the services under Settings → Services.
The confirmation e-mail did not arrive. What now?
Check the spam folder, then use “Send a new link” on the confirmation screen. If you mistyped the address, sign up again.
Is my data deleted when the trial ends?
No. When the trial ends the workspace becomes read-only: everything can be viewed and exported, and choosing a plan opens it again. Without a plan the data is deleted after 90 days, with warnings 30 and 7 days before.
