It works for dental, hair, aesthetic and other treatments, with patients from home or abroad, and includes a note that the final plan is set after the doctor's examination.

Is the treatment quote template free?
Yes. You download it without signing up or giving an e-mail address.
Can I use it with my own logo?
Yes. It is an ordinary Word document, so you can add your logo and change the colours and wording. There are no macros.
Can I quote in a foreign currency?
Yes. You write the currency yourself, whether that is GBP, EUR, TRY or another. The template does not convert between currencies.
How large should the deposit be?
That is your clinic's decision; the template suggests no amount or percentage. What matters is that the quote states the deposit, its due date and when it is refunded.
Does it open in Google Docs or LibreOffice?
Yes. It is a standard Word file and opens in Google Docs, LibreOffice Writer and Pages, although the layout may differ slightly.
