How it works
- Each treatment line is quantity × unit price, and the lines add up to the treatment amount.
- Accommodation is nights × price per night, and transfers are the number of transfers × price per transfer. Other extras are added as they are.
- Together they make the subtotal. The discount, as a percentage or an amount, comes off the subtotal to give the package total.
- The deposit is a percentage of the package total or a fixed amount. The balance is the package total minus the deposit.
- Amounts are rounded to the penny. No tax is added: enter your prices the way you quote them to the patient, with or without VAT.
Before you send the summary
What patients ask most is what the price includes. Showing hotel nights, transfers and other items on lines of their own heads off the "was that included?" conversation later.
Add when and how the deposit is paid, when the balance is due and your cancellation terms under the summary yourself. The calculator only works out amounts; it doesn't write dates or terms.
The summary is for information and doesn't replace a formal quote. The final treatment plan is decided after the doctor's assessment.

Frequently asked questions
Is the treatment package calculator free?
Yes. You use it without signing up, and nothing you type is sent to a server or stored.
Can I mix currencies?
No. The calculator uses no exchange rates, so every amount has to be in the one currency you pick. If your hotel or transfer prices are in another currency, convert them at your own rate and tell the patient which rate you used.
Should the deposit be a percentage or a fixed amount?
Both are common, and the calculator handles either. A percentage keeps the deposit in proportion as the package grows; a fixed amount tells the patient exactly what to pay from the start. Whichever you choose, say clearly when it is due and what happens if the patient cancels.
What does the discount apply to?
The discount comes off the subtotal: treatments, accommodation, transfers and other extras together. The deposit is then worked out on the package total after the discount.
What language is the summary in?
You choose English or Turkish for the summary, and the amounts are written the way that language writes them. Treatment names stay exactly as you typed them.
Does the summary replace a formal quote?
No. The summary shows the patient how the price is made up. Prepare your formal quote separately, with how long it is valid, payment dates and cancellation terms; our free treatment quote template is made for that.
