From plan to payment

Owners and administrators keep the plans; owners, administrators and the finance role make, approve and pay statements.

  1. Define a plan

On Commissions → Plans choose who it pays (a member, a partner or the case's owner), what it is reckoned on (the accepted quote's total, what was received, or a fixed amount per case), the rate, and when it accrues.

  2. Choose when it accrues

When the deposit is verified, when the schedule is fully paid, or when the case moves to treated. A plan can be limited to some services.

  3. Set the refund and cancellation rule

A plan can claw back on refunds and cancellations. An accrual not yet on an approved statement is reversed in place; one already approved gets a negative line on the next statement.

  4. Follow the accruals

The Accruals tab lists them by state: waiting for a statement, on a statement and reversed.

  5. Make the month's statements

On the Statements tab press “Make a month's statements”. One draft appears for each person and currency.

  6. Approve and mark paid

Open the statement and press “Approve”; an approved statement is locked. After you pay, press “Mark paid” and record the day and the payment reference. A draft can be withdrawn and its accruals wait for the next one. “Download CSV” exports the statement.

Frequently asked questions

Can one payment accrue twice?

No. Each event is processed once; a repeated notification does not open a second accrual.

What happens to a colleague's statements when they leave?

Their statements stay. Plans that named them stop accruing.
