Step by step
Press Send for review on the case
On the case's Pre-assessment tab choose Send for review. The case appears in the practitioner's review queue with the form, its photos and documents.
Choose the practitioner and the form
The Practitioner list shows team members who can perform reviews. The latest sent form goes with the case unless you choose another under Form to look at.
Say what to look at
Optionally write what you need the practitioner's view on in What to look at, and send. The practitioner is notified.
The practitioner opens the queue
The practitioner goes to Reviews in the left menu. Cases sent to them wait under Waiting; Review opens one. It appears there even if the case is not otherwise theirs.
Read the form and the files
The practitioner reads the answers, photos and documents. Files open through short-lived secure links, and the activity log records who opened which file.
Record the outcome
They choose Suitable, Needs more information or Not suitable, write a Comment for the team, for example what the quote should include or what information is missing, and press Save the outcome.
The outcome comes back
The person who asked is notified; the outcome shows on the case timeline and the Pre-assessment tab. Decided reviews stay under Decided.
Common questions
Who can review?
Members whose role includes performing reviews can be chosen as the practitioner; usually these are the doctors.
Can an outcome be changed afterwards?
An outcome is recorded once. If the situation changes, ask for a new review from the case.
What if the practitioner leaves the team?
Their waiting reviews do not go with them; the cases return to the people who sent them. Decided reviews stay.
