Set up and start a plan
Creating plans needs the aftercare permission, which the owner, administrators, coordinators and practitioners have.
Add a plan
Go to Settings → Aftercare and press “Add plan”. A new plan comes with check-ins for the day after the treatment, a week and a month later. Change, remove or add to them.
Write the day and the message of each check-in
The day counts from the treatment day. Write the message in Turkish and in English; the patient sees their own language.
Pick the questions
Questions come from a fixed list: how they feel, a question for the clinic, photos and a request to be contacted. They are administrative; the product makes no clinical judgement.
Choose who follows up
The follow-up task goes to the case's owner or to a member of the role you pick (coordinator, practitioner, front desk). You can limit the plan to some services; with none chosen it applies to every service.
Start the plan on the case
When a case moves to the treated stage the plan starts by itself. To start it by hand, open the case, go to the Aftercare tab, choose the plan, enter the treatment day and press “Start the plan”. Check-ins whose day has passed are left out.
Follow the answers
On each check-in day the patient gets a link; without an e-mail address they answer when they sign in to the portal. Answers, photos and documents you gave appear on the case's Aftercare tab.
Good to know
- Check-ins open from ten in the morning, in the workspace's time zone.
- The same plan runs only once on a case.
- A check-in left unanswered becomes “missed” after 30 days.
- Stopping a plan drops the check-ins still ahead; answers already given stay.
- You can attach documents such as a warranty to a case; the patient downloads them on the portal.
Frequently asked questions
If I change the plan later, do running cases change?
No. A plan running on a case continues as it was when it started. A change applies to cases started afterwards.
What if the patient has no e-mail address?
No e-mail is sent; the patient sees and answers the check-in when they sign in to the portal.
