ProductTreatment plans and session tracking
Make a course of sessions a plan, not a notebook
You prepare a treatment that runs over several sessions as a plan inside the case: areas, number of sessions, interval and a per-session or package price. The plan reaches the patient by secure link and is accepted on the portal; then sessions are tracked one by one. Money never passes through Klinikbook.
- The plan reaches the patient by link
- Tracked session by session
- A reminder before the package ends
What a plan holds
- Items and priceEach item holds the areas, number of sessions, the gap between sessions and a per-session or package price.
- Sent like a quoteThe plan goes out by secure link; the patient reads and accepts it on the portal. It also downloads as a PDF with your logo and font.
- Session by sessionAfter acceptance each session gets an appointment and is marked done, no-show or cancelled. Package transfer, refund and expiry are recorded too.
- Payment planA payment plan attaches to the treatment plan; payments and refunds go in the payment ledger. The money stays between you and the patient.
- E-mail in the patient's languagePlan sent and plan expiring e-mails go in the patient's language: Turkish, English, German, Arabic, Russian or French.
- Reports and automationReports show accepted plans, sessions done and sessions still owed by currency. Session completed and package low are automation triggers.
Prepare the plan and follow the sessions
Open a plan from the case
On the case's Plans tab create a plan; enter the items, number of sessions and price.
Send it to the patient
E-mail the plan; the patient opens the link and accepts it on the portal.
Book the sessions
After acceptance book each session in the calendar and mark the ones done.
Watch the time
On the day you set before the package ends, a single reminder goes to the patient at 09:00.
How is a plan different from a quote?
A quote prices a one-off service or package. A plan follows one patient's treatment across several sessions, session by session.
What happens when a package runs out?
When the package period ends, the remaining sessions' transfer, refund or expiry is recorded; the reminder goes before it expires.
Can the list be exported?
Yes, the plan list downloads as a CSV.
