The owner's side
The owner picks a free slot

Can a veterinary clinic use Klinikbook?
For appointments, reminders, quotes and payments, yes. For an animal register, vaccination schedule and clinical records you also need veterinary software.
Does it send vaccination reminders?
It keeps no vaccination records, so it does not calculate reminders from vaccination history. You can set a check-up interval on a service and send a reminder when it elapses.
Can I message owners on WhatsApp?
If you connect your own WhatsApp Cloud API account, appointment reminders go out through it. No campaigns or bulk promotional messages are sent.
Can I record the pet's name?
You can write it in the contact card's notes; there is no separate animal record or species and breed field.
